Our average turnaround time is five business days. If you need expedited service, we offer rapid response. Upon receiving a purchase order we will refurbish and ship you back your Servo Motor in two business days. We offer this service with a nominal 15% expediting fee.
In the instance that parts are not accessible within the rapid response time frame, we will not charge you the expedited 15% and will complete your motor as soon as the proper parts arrive. At that time you will be notified of the projected delivery date for your refurbished motor.
Fill-in Work - Save 10%
In addition to our Rapid Response and Standard Repair options, we also offer a Fill-In Work option, for repairs that are less urgent to be completed within 4 to 6 weeks. Orders that are designated as Fill-in Work receive a 10% discount.
